Targa Florio, This sim begs for it IMHO

I didn't do a search of the forum and this may have been asked before and not being a track maker myself, but full well knowing how hard it is, has Targa ever been thought of to at the very least converted to Assetto Corsa?

I've only had the sim a few days and am truly loving the time I get to spend with it, I've done laps in RF at Targa and have done a lap or two already at Neckerchiefe that comes with the A.S., but the inner sim racer in me would love to take on Targa in A.S.

I have aversion of Targa now, thanks guys! I won't say which one since there seems to be some legal issues abound and I full well know how messy those can get, I was part of Brian Ring's team with NR2003 when that mess went down.

Man, what a hidden gem, top notch, jaw dropping tracks, and there are 18 of them, oh my.:D

We (The Original GPL Targa Florio Team) made a huge effort to make track realistic as possible with tools and info we have back on time, there was not google earth or even street view, we made all scenary from a onboard vid from a local, specially recorded for this project. The final goal is a masterpiece. From my side it is sad to see the same low poly houses and town i build for this track at todays Targa Florio, and i also hope the new kunos sim allow long tracks because it would be a real blast to drive around here with modern graphics and a proper up to date scenary :)

It does :) I think it was in the RaceDepartment Interview (?) where Stefano said the physics engine in ACC runs in 64bit, therefore allowing near infinitly large maps (or at least very big ones without causing issues like in AC)
