F1 2012 Team Changes

I just wondering, how hard it could be do a mod, what could be like this:

when you play crareer mode in F1 2012 and finished one season. Just when 2nd begings, some drivers will change teams, kind of randomly?

Like Mass to Sauber, Hamilton to Lotus, Raikkonen to Mercedes and so on...
