team liveries not included in Simsync

I sent livery updates into FSR that were not included as far back as 3 updates ago (july 11th, resent on 8/3). I again resent the livery recently. Is it possible my email is ending up in the spam folder? I need confirmation that my liveries were received. For Arnchu wt and ArnchuZ wt.
