So... to kill some time i decided to make a Top 30 board for all RD members.
To get your time official you need to make a post and post a screenshot/video of the time.

hmmm seems like I can't go any faster... realy starts to get frustating.. when you come at the point where you can't improve yourself.. I mean I could.. but I just can't get a lap together which is faster.. if I am fast in the first part I mess it up in the last part.. if I am fast in the last part.. I had a mistake in the first part... and this time I can't blame the simulation lol.. this time I know and feel my own mistakes.. but even without them I could maybe get into high 1.23s with a personal perfect lap..
but tight lowspeed corners was always my problem.. I like more fast fluid stuff and bustops .. I love bustop chicanes (fast in fast out :D lol) :D

Hi i like to know are you guys all playing the PRO setting with all assist off ??
Also is this the way you guys set the wheel in profile and the game ??

AssettoCorsa Profile.jpg

If this really the proper setup i found i need to make many turn on wheel to make the car actually turn. Need advise here.
Many thanks. Good day.

ingame wheel rotation 866° because the wizard said it is 866 not 900.. which is right... get that in iracing also.. read somewhere that almost no 900° wheel realy have total 900° only 800something....

profiler ffb is a bit differend here.. had it all the time to force 100 spring 100 damper 100 centersrping disabled..

after reading in another thread.. that aristotelis seemed to wrote somewhere force 100 spring 0 damper 10 ...

tested it... and hmm yes the feel of the weight change and that stuff was a bit more clear because it wasn't "masked" by the damper effect.. but I thought the wheel felt too lose then.. I like it when it has a bit resistence... having now force 100 spring 0 and damper 30

and yes 100% pro no aids here .. except the autoclutch of the paddle shifting.. would love to drive with and h-shifter and with realy no autoclutch but my desk is so low that I can't dance around on my pedals because I can't lift my leg.. so I am forced to use paddle shifter

sent you my settings....in a nutshell
overall effects strength - 107%
spring and damper strength - both 0%
uncheck enable center spring in force feedback games
centering spring strength - 0%
check allow game to adjust settings (just like you already have)

used these settings for three years with my DFGT

But if both profile and in game wheel setting is 900° i found i have to turn the wheel alot to make the car in game to really make a turn. Really dont know what to do.
Also i found the wheel animation that i have actually very different compare to many video here.
I mean my wheel in game usually turn alot say left hand from 9pm to 5pm when making right turn but for the same turn (about the same speed) the left hand only need to turn from 9pm to 1 or 2pm for many of you guys. And if i try to turn less like you guys do my car just run wide.

Really need advise

I have 900 degree in profiler and 917 in game....in game will vary depending on how close to 90 degrees you got when setting up in the wizzard....anything 850 to 900 is fine...my wheel on screen is doing pretty much the exact same thing my wheel is. Try out my settings and see if they help.

mods- feel free to move this to another section if appropriate

Many thanks but I believe my DFGT somewhat different with other because whenever i try overall effects strength - 100% or 107% for Shift 2, F1 2011, Race 07 the wheel like totally lockup, just too heavy & impossible to turn.

Also i wonder if adjust different effect can help improve lap time ??

Thanks again. Good day.

I drive my best laptimes at the first 3 laps and then i can´t hold the pase till i go back to main menu and start again. Maybe tires get to hot or something, when do you drive your best laps? My best time was a 1:23.9xx but i missed to take a screenshot :( . I´ll post my next 23 with a pic.
