Did you manage to solve the problem? I assume it only happens (happened) with a certain car or track, right? Most of the times it's due to a mod relying on some CSP functionality which means you require a certain version of CSP to be installed. Most more recent mods should work with CSP 0.1.77 but some might require the 0.1.78preview1 that's available on x4fab's Patreon.
