F1 2019 the right team mate

Is there a way to have influence on who your first team mate will be: I would love to have George Russell next to me at Williams, or Alex Albon at Toro Rosso but I always end up with Kubica and Kvyat respectively. Anyone knows how to influence or tweek that?

The only temporary solution I can think of is to swap the faces and textures around. And swap the audio files around as well.

Hi, i have only tested it on McLaren, if i skip the F2 gimmick i will always get Sainz as teammate, if i do the F2 gimmick i'll always get Norris as teammate
