F1 2011 The second patch?

Hi all,
Does anyone have a description for the second patch. You can download it or is it to auto update?
What has happened to my old setup?
What has changed since?
Does anyone know why it does not correct for the F1 2011 Quick setup is that the only thing that changes as if the setup is quick retrieve, modify the wings, what does this have to do with setup?
Does anyone have answers for me?
Where is Victor Anderson?
