The sky and the clouds ain't working right

After a few days of playing normally today when I got ready to drive the sky was black, I can't find the reason why this happened. I reinstalled the SOL mod but now the clouds are static all the time.

I haven't been able to get everything to work as well as before.

Any solution?

Who knows its helpful for the black sky problem:
first, check if the combo CSP and SoL is the right version combination, as you can read here above or at the SoL section.

I think my error is not the same, my error is that the clouds are static.

I can't find a solution, I have reinstalled AC but the problem persists.
