For three years I've wondered what overlays referred to Thanks @Keith Joyce .And Thanks @Lixma for asking the question.Turn Overlays off
Jups, right in your virtual mirrorAnnoyingly, it doesn't get rid of all of them. Low fuel results in a large unnecessary banner, which is very annoying when you're tying to concentrate on worn tyres at the tail end of a race!
This is the problem with interfaces that are fixed. Both AMS and AC allow the user to position things however they like, and even customise the size and layout of that info. (Not to mention making your own widgets, but we'll not go into that. ) R3E on the other had has everything fixed in place, and not even in good places. Ridiculously large message banners than cover your virtual mirror, a position bar which is limited to the top edge, a track map which is stuck on the left and a virtual motec stuck on the right.Jups, right in your virtual mirror
And it would be nice to have standings above the trackmap with multiple options so you can keep track of the race, even if your battling yourself at the end of the field
Same here until recently. Now it appears as a large banner which appears right across the virtual mirror, just below the position bar.Only ever had the low fuel warning on the wheel display? Never seen a banner
It pops up at the moment you arrive at the sectors end. When the other annoying popups comes with intervals if not disabled. But turning off overlay doesn't help get rid of the fuel bannerOnly ever had the low fuel warning on the wheel display? Never seen a banner
It does in regular mode, not sure about VR.Does turning overlays off disable the annoying lap time popup, which when in VR is right in your LOS?
