I recently completed my Tilton 600 hydraulic setup and even though it was more expensive, I ended up buying the Tilton fly by wire mount and the sensor here that is a direct fit: https://www.competitionsupplies.com...ensor-to-suit-tilton-72-792-and-72-794-mounts. Without being able to design and print something yourself, I think this is the easiest option. Basically plug and play. Even with the option of making something that would work with a potentiometer, I think the hall effect sensor should basically be a lifetime part, and the time saved for me was worth it.
