F1 2013 Thrustmaster RGT Force Feedback Clutch Edition

F1 2013 The Game (Codemasters)
I know it is not exactly new, but how good is this wheel? I have been offered one for £40 in the UK to use with F1 2013 on PC and PS3. I also play GT6 on PS3 and am a beginner to car sim gaming with a wheel.

Is this a good starter wheel at this price as it has the FFB and the extra clutch pedal?

I don't know much about this wheel.

It's quite old (2007 I think), and seem to be discontinued.

I think it may be a £65 to £70 wheel when new, so the £40 price tag may be a bit inflated for a 2nd hand one. However it depends on how old it is and how much it's been used I suppose. Having a clutch is certainly a bonus. Even the excellent starter wheel, the Logitech DFGT Pro @ 3 times your £40 new, doesn't have a clutch.

The 240 degree wheel rotation seem a bit restricted to me, as we have got used to most wheels having 900 degrees rotation nowadays.

Maybe you'll be lucky, and an real owner of one of these wheel will answer you question.

It has reasonable reviews though :-

BTW as this wheel has been around for a while, make sure you search the F1 2012, 2011, and 2010 forums also. There maybe a post or two about the wheel there already
