Thrustmaster software?

Ok, I've just bought a T300 RS, I have moved on from a G25, Logitech software was great, Plug in my G25 and launch the Logitech control panel, Great, Everything was smooth, Having installed the Thrustmaster control panel all i seem to get is 'Not responding' My system is windows 10 and it's clean, I have to keep launching the TM control panel when i switch sims, Overall when it's all working the T300 feels great but it is such a ball ache, Hardly plug n play, Am i missing something? Cheers.
