Thrustmaster T.3PA pedals issue

Hi, got a brand new set of T.3pa non pro pedals yesterday, wondered if my pedals were in the box as it was so light but they were, straight away having spikes on my brake pedal and add the brake mod that comes with it makes it worse. am I unlucky or has anyone got some suggestions that a'int going to void warranty
