Thrustmaster T150 suddenly stops working

I recieved my Thrustmaster T150 for the Playstation 4 today. After testing it for about 30 minutes in DiRT Rally it suddenly turned off, and it now won't turn back on. I've tried to reset everything and it didn't work. The bootloader method provided by Thrustmasters didn't work either, as the wheel wasn't detectable on the PC.

Is the wheel broken? Shall I send it back?
