Thrustmaster T248 not recognized

Hello,
I just bought a new T248, firstly all work perfectly but when i restarted the pc now the pc dont recognized it and act like if it wasnt connected.
I have all the updates and i have conected but it tell me this, literally nothing

I dont know how to make it work so i would be very grateful if you help me.
