Thrustmaster t500 wheel button overhaul.

Good day all.

Since moving up to pc, I have decided to overhaul the Oem wheel on my t500.

My plan is to take the whole wheel apart ( not the base) and make a whole new back plate for new buttons as wheel as a digital display with 4 extra button and led lights for rpm.

After a few weeks of 3d design I finally got to 3d print them. So here is the progress so far.

This is my YouTube video on the premises of the build

And here are pics of the process

Decided to go with a light orange vinyl to give the wheel some good contrast with the black, and make the buttons more pronounced.

So far this is it. Still much work to do. Wiring everything and getting the rear base anchored down to a quick connect. As well aas getting the led secure above the display.
