WRC Generations Thrustmaster TX Intermittent ffb failure, recognition dropping and complete total soft locking

Configured ok at first, then after a couple of hits the ffb changes to 100%, then 0, then totally soft locks up.
Ive tried many combinations of configuring, restarts with and without controller etc , It randomly is recognised occasionally after being off for x amount of time.
(the 'Remote Strongarm GlitchCode' timing; Oct/Nov/Dec time of year is so blatent theres no way thats coincidence).
