Thrustmaster TX Racing Wheel - Ferrari 458 Italia Edition Replacement

Hey!

A friend of mine has a Thrustmaster TX Racing Wheel Ferrari 458 Italia Edition and all of a sudden it stopped working. I Googled it, and multiple customers had this issue.

Anyways, what's a good replacement wheel? Aiming in the same price range, maybe a bit less. about $180-350

Have you messaged Thrustmaster about this? I've heard mixed reviews about their customer service, i'm almost certain i've heard of them sending out replacements though?
