F1 2010 Time difference between cars

I'm still tootling around in a Lotus but can't help wondering how much quicker are the Red Bull and McLarens of this world in the game? What would be a realistic gap per lap between them and my green jallopy?

about ten years lol i dont know in reality but it would be abit

judging by ai performance, i'd guess (and it's only a guess) 3 to 5 seconds faster?

Well, in the sorther tracks (1.25*) it's about 5 seconds and in the longer tracks (1.40+) it's about 8-9 secs.

I was wondering about this the other night aswell.

I qualified pole and won in a lotus at Valencia on 2nd hardest AI. I think it will put it to legendary from now on, but i was thinking if I can do this by 1 second (pole vs 2nd best time) in a lotus then the gap would be huge if I had the red bull/McLaren/Ferrari
