Time Manager - You can manage your time now by slowing or increasing ingame time with buttons

Hey there!
So i just made plugin with which you can simply slow time or increase speed of that time by using numpad keyboard.Its my first plugin which i made and i want to thank here piotrulos and eps for helping me making it even if its really simple and R0CK3R for testing.

KEYBINDINGS

You can manage ingame time by using numpad keys:
Numpad 9 - Speeds up time to 2x
Numpad 7 - Slows down time to 0.4x
Numpad 6 - Speeds up time by 1.3x
Numpad 5 - Resets time speed to 1...

very good idea this mod, but it tells me file endomager when I want to decompress it.

Im not currently at my pc and cant check file right now but im almost sure it should work fine. Maybe you need to update winrar or something might block downloading your files so it doesnt download whole content so it detect it as broken. I will be able to check this problem in 5 hours and cant get to it any faster
