This livery turns the Toro Rosso into a real "Red" Bull again.
Also I removed some decals on the rear wing as I did not like them.

I have updated the skin to base on 1.14 and included the .dds files for manual installation if you have issues with game crashing.

I dont know if I ****ed the numbers installation or if they are wrong. But the background is the default blue of the toro rosso.

Edit: actually, there are no number files in the download. Could you fix it? if so pls add nr 23
