I have e question : where or how you have find or make a psd file (a Template) ?
I would like to paint my own livery on this car and have somme noew sponsors.

Export the textures from the game with EEA, teams car skins can be found inside vehicle package in asset_groups folder. I suggest try asking the author of jaguar skin, he's done extensive editing on the toro rosso car, I can still answer more questions if you'd like to
