What times are to be expected? Are there any differences between two of them?

We are not allowed to discuss times on the race thread, because we wouldn't wanna discourage anybody if they are slower than a posted time. For me, the cars are too c;lose to call. I find the BMW a bit understeery and the Rover will step out the rear under power. I've only driven them on default setups. BTW, I'm not very fast though.

As others have said, the best way of getting the correct versions of the cars is to join the server. If you decide to download the other cars from the 397 rfactor forums then the ones you want are the versions that have 042 after the car name. Other cars in the mod that will be coming later to RD races are: M3 Evo; Volvo 240 Turbo; Sierra Turbo; Skyline Turbo, TWR Holden Commodore V8.
As to these two, they are pretty well matched I reckon after the testing I've done.
