Server settings will be all driving aids "Off",there is "Auto Clutch" available and free choice of driving camera view.
Both races will be a normal standing start,for race 2 Ryan reverses the top 10 (8?) finishing positions to form the start grid.

Just to expand on Gary's post - the second race grid is reversed randomly between 6 and 10 drivers from the first race result.
