Trace file for P&G Installation

How do I create a trace file for P&G installation? I have several installations of GTR2 with the line -trace=1000 added to the desktop shortcut Target box, but using this method does not work for my P&G installation. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

it should work (if the link points to GTR2.EXE)
try to start in the command line
at the end p&g is "only" a mod

if you have GTR2 HQ Anniversary patch installed then just run GTR2_DEBUG.CMD and the trace file will pop up via your usual text editor (notepad, notepad++, etc...) at the end of your GTR2 session automatically.

Do as Mucho mentions. Make sure your shortcut links to the GTR2.exe file.

Don't link to the PnG3.exe Launcher as the trace command won't work with that file.
