f.y.i.: this image is one of the couple point-cloud images that are
provided by AC by default for some tracks in this path:
"steam...\a...c...\launcher\themes\default\graphics\bgr\pointcloud_bg......"

you can even disable or re-direct them in CM:

i see. I just dragged and dropped into the folder, that was easier for me, i guess.

Would it make sense to post them to the Github Repo ? via https://github.com/ac-custom-shaders-patch/acc-extension-config/tree/master/backgrounds

So whenever a track is loaded you could make slideshow for the track loading and not have images in your AC directory which you don't have. It'd be rather track exist -> request image from ... -> grab but only for the users usage of tracks. Just a thought but thanks anyway
