I downloaded sm_Autodromo_di_Imola v1.2, put it in Packages, however, it don't show in the Launcher, even when I refresh.
What should I do?

Good that you have it properly located. About the only other advice I can give is to try the old UI. Some users have reported some tracks are not appearing in the Web UI.The file is .rfcmp. Actually: sm_Autodromo_di_Imola_v1.2.rfcmp
It is inside rfactor2/packages.
I have other tracks in the same folder.
What are the letters after the . ? zip?
Yes this is what I tried but even with refresh the track did not come in the launcher. This was the first time I had this issue.Thats not true. I installed the track also with the old UI. Go to the second icon in the launcher (the parcel) and install the track. You could sort installed and uninstalled items.
That is exactly how I installed all my tracks. Strange that it did not show up even after refresh. However, now that is installed after installing it manually in the new UI (V1122), I reverted to the old one (V1121) to check and it is on it, installed. Very strange.1 - Open the game, choose packages
2 - Find the circuit in the list, right click and choose "install"
Still works with the old UI without a problem...

Very interesting. I saved your information for in case I will for in case I will need to re-install. Thank you.You can have as many "packages" folders as you like which means you can store them on another drive or computer. This way you can divide content by cars and tracks or other way you wish or save SSD space
You don't have to start the rF2 or Steam to install packages manually
Make a shortcut for this
[DRIVE]:\STEAM\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Bin32\ModMgr.exe
Faster to open
Filter out types of content
Right click to add, remove or delete
Highlight multiple content
edit: Forgot the big one
Mod manager you can use even when you are in a room, so in my server I can make a new mod for next session without leaving my garage

This is why I make a server for any and all offline sessions which allows you to use ModMgr and Mas2 without pausing the room so leaves ai you testing or making real road continue
