Track Map Flashing?

I was running offline getting some practice in. I turn on the track map, seeing where the AI drivers are.

The track map flashes. It's on, off , on, off. Every second. It's very distracting.

It never did that before. Anybody else experience that? How do I fix it?

is it 3rd party track?, that happens to me depending on the track. it'll disappear in certain stretches.
if it's blinking, constantly, I have had to reinstall to stop it, do you have the settings set on blinking.

Is this where it will disappear if you press control and F

No, that wasn't iy for me and i haven't seen it in build 1008, it's been rock solid for me

isn't build 1008 rfactor2 and not Stock Car Extreme?

gee thanks Warren, maybe nobody else would have noticed.

I didn't have the disappearing problem in GSCE but I did have the blinking problem, and that was a reinstall fix for me. (or was that Iracing).

Not a 3rd party track. Kensai or whatever. (Suzuka)

Control F did nothing! NOTHING! Lmao. I'll just blink every other half second. I won't even notice it.

I don't know what gid hud is. So I'm guessing, no.

I ran some practice laps again tonight, the map was still flashing, so I just turned it off.

It is nice to have though, just to see where other cars are relative to my self so I can get out of their way.
