TrackEd Help

I'm trying to figure out why the track I made with Bob's Track Builder isn't showing up normally in TrackEd, but will work just fine in racer itself. Here is the screenshot:
(If it is not showing up, basically the 3D Viewer of the track is showing all gray.)

Here is the QLOG:

It's all working ok here.

The problem is that when trackEd loads, the camera is around the 0,0,0 origin or something like that.

And because the track is about 400m 'high' in the world, you can't see it because you're well underneath it.

You need to move your viewpoint up a bit in trackEd before you'll see it.

Ideally you'd set your track to around 0 height since it's better for the physics engine to run with the car as close to world 0,0,0 as possible most of the time :)

Cheers

Im using racer 0.7.3, will that affect it?

I'm not sure if that will affect things as I've not run that version for a long while.

Try set cull=none on all the shaders, and then you should be able to see them from both sides of the mesh.
That might help you find and then navigate to them in the scene.

Also I'm not sure if your object flags are correct. I think you should just need flags=6 for anything you can drive on with the car or drive into with the car (collide and wheels interactions)
That might be impacting the trackEd operation.
But on this old version I can't be 100% sure on that flags issue as I don't have an old trackEd.

Thanks

Dave
