Didnt know CM was that good..

Could be it's winter. Maybe try and start the Sol weather app when in game. You can change current time and date on track. So change the date to couple or several months back.

Either check/uncheck "use seasonal adjustments" in weather fx

or

check/uncheck "disable any coloring seasonal adjustments" in track adjustments

One of those should fix it.
