Tripple setup cable question

I have 3x1440p 144hz monitors with displayport and hdmi .
ON my gpu i have 1hdmi and 3 displayports.
Should i use hdmi to displayport cabel x3 or displayport to displayport.

Just found one displayportm 1.2 to hdmi,is it possible to use this?

Try a hub, like the one from EVGA.

If you have it, try it. Might as well. Probably best to go with the 3 x DP cables if your GPU has the outputs.
