Trouble with buying premium account

Hello,
just created an account and wanted to be a premium member, however paypal is not available in my country (TURKEY). What should I do? thanks

Unlikely, they'd know immediately from the payment information where the source is.

@Bram, any thoughts...

Vpn only help to log in to PayPal site but as you said i can not identify a Credit card which belongs to Turkey.

Maybe I need a person to gift it to me and then pay to him somehow. But i dont know how?
