Tracks Tutorial Island

MrSir submitted a new resource:

Tutorial Island - Tutorial Track for building lush landscapes.

This is a track that illustrates the capabilities of CSP 1.79+ and TreeFX, combined with the AC Foliage Tool I had built. It is used in the tutorial series on YouTube.

The track features a small island with a single looped road. There are 5 layouts:
- Tutorial Island: which is just grassy hills
