Can someone create a tv style for f1 2012?

What exactly do you mean? TV cams along the track? Modified T-cams?

Or do you mean the official FIA F1 TV overlay (positions, lap-times, etc.)?

You will not see the last thing anyway. Not via modification and not officially.

Codemasters uses his own hud, because of "licensing", in other words: "money".

Yes, but it won't happen. Codemasters won't allow it and thus it won't be done by them; and for modders the HUD is impossible to change..

I'm interested in this as it's one of my most voiced gripes among other forums, and now I'm reading they won't allow it? Why?

If there's a link to their "explanation" I'd appreciate it.

You simply can't edit the hud, no matter what they tell you not do...
