F1 2021 Two-player career trouble

Hi!
My friend can not join into my Two-player career mode. I sent him the invite for the very first time, but it says 'He is not member of the career'. We are on Steam.

Yeah, We found it few days later. We were very used to Steam accept.
Now the blurred textures are more disturbing.
