Hi guys, I've been playing F1 2015 for some time now and I've noticed that tyre wear in this game is too realistic because for people like me, who are playing with the keyboard, it's really hard to keep the tyres alive and at the same time to keep up with the AI's pace. For example, I've been racing 100% race in malaysia and my tyres died 8 laps before the pit window and because of that I've stopped 5 times compared to AI's 2. So I'm wondering is it just my driving style, or there are people as well, who experience the same problem in the game?

I am not disputing that this game/sim is (I can imagine) very difficult to play on a keyboard, but I beg you, don't ask CM to take out one of the few things they go half right.

If F1 2015 was moddable, which it isn't at the moment. There would be an easy fix mod released within 30 minutes

I mean, just buy a controller and enjoy the game, it´s absolutely horrible playing on a keyboard ... this controller goes for only 40$ and it´s absolutely amazing, changed my gaming experience so much.

No offence, but I'd stick to an original Microsoft XBOX 360 wired PC controller for less than 30 bucks

Nothing is as good as the original, trust me.
P.S.: Even with controller the player's tyre wear feels much higher than the AI's (and I have turned on full TC and ABS)
In 25% races I'd need any tyre type to last two laps longer.
I´ve actually played with the original pad and I like the pad from ThrustMaster much MUCH more... feels nice having those lights showing how hard you are pushing the brakes and the accelerator.
Those pads from ThrustMaster are not some junk that will brake after few months, they know what they´re doing when it comes to this stuff
