Realism update

1. Tweaked players performance
2. Tweaked cars performance

• Merecedes gains 1-3 positions
• Vettel usually tries to reach Hamilton
• Williams is slower than Ferrari and Mercedes and sometimes beats Kimi
• Groesian fights with Ricciardo for 7th position
• Red Bull more times don't fhish race(effect of very bad engine {in real live ricciardo has just already used 4 engines}
• Toro Rosso usually qualify 2 cars in gp mode in top 10
• Manor loses 2-4 secoond to...

hey, how can edit database.bin without crashing in the game?
I use EGO Database Editor and when I change a parameter in the database, crash to the desktop...
I tried to change the drivers performance, the tiers of the teams and some others

Try always check with orginal database if programami is ok

Hey mate what program do you use to edit the files to change the horse power of the motors and stuff like the driver stats? I tried the EGO databse program but that couldnt even open the databse.bin folder... Cheers mate

Can you reduce the retirements from ai?! Monaco is terrible for ai!!
