I used these on my 4040 rig hooked up to standard bucket seat mounts with an OMP seat. I lived in a tiny flat so it was mostly to slide the seat all the way forward when I wasn't racing or flying so I could reclaim some of my floor space.
My rig has been relocated so these are no longer required.
They come with no hardware (and came with no hardware when I bought them), I just used a couple of M6 bolts to attach them to my rig. Highly adjustable and "Universal" because no matter what width your seat is you just bend the engagement bar to suit - very handy.
£22 posted (because they're pretty solid and weigh a bit).
