Updating "Dash.exe" for latest R3E Update?

I'm just returning to R3E (and sim racing generally) after a long layoff. Trying to use "OtterHUD" with R3E, but I'm getting a message that my "dash.exe is outdated". Can anyone help with where the latest version of dash.exe is found and how to update it?

Or use Crew Chief instead.

Anywhere you want. You then need to run dash.exe every time before you launch R3E.
