Uploading files problem

Hello

I tested on two computers (mac and pc), on different browsers (firefox, safari, explorer, chrome), different files of different types (zip, rar, 7z), and still impossible to send a file to Racedepartment with the button "upload your resource" ... error message: there is a problem with your file ...

Thank you for your help if you have an idea ...

Are you below the max file size (500Mo)? We've had several people uploading files in the last hours, the site seems fine… Do you have space in your file name?

Thanks for your message.
My bigger file was 330mo.
No space in the name, but 1 have _
I tested several files, small, and bigger (5mo, 330mo) and it's the same result...

I reviewed the server log. We're seeing error 408s (Request Timeout) on your upload attempts, which is a bit vague but I would suspect - given that other people, including me, can upload without issues - that the issue might be with your router or ISP.
If you have a smart phone with data (i.e. not using your router), you might want to try uploading a tiny file to see if that works.
It may also be worth rebooting your router.
