This data file fixes the 3rd mirror in the cockpit of the URD AM GTE 2019 \ New Vantage GTE that did not work. It is a deal breaker in VR, so just had to fix it or it would drive me nuts.

Thanks for the fix! Is there a way to adjust that mirror down? On my install the fixed mirror is looking over the top of the cars behind.

That is done with shades patch when you enable the real mirror plug in. It has a mirror adjustment app. Vanilla AC unfortunately does not allow mirror adjustment.

I believe that they are working on an update. Perhaps it will be included in that.

Sorry to bring up an old post, but how did you do this? URD's 911 RSR mod also has the rearview camera in cockpit messed up and I was hoping to find where to fix it.

No worries. You need to unpack the data file using content manager, then edit the mirrors.ini file.
A common error would be that they were not numbered correctly. Then pack the data file again. Note that it will cause errors when playing online with people who still have the old version of the mod.

Also if you run shaders patch, first check settings in the mirrors app if you have smart mirrors enabled. Some mods don't like that and it can cause issues. The PX mod is one that displays lines across the mirrors as an example.
