well the main principle is not quite a hard task to do, same as many 3D programs out there. you just need to extract the model to the common 3D format as 3DS, FBX, Collada DAE etc. and assign the textures that corresponds to the materials and if needed, normal maps. apply the material effects, apply a preset HDR or put custom lightings, tweak brightness, contrast, and gamma then voila.
