Correction and new skins

Update v1.1

- Corrected numbers position (centered in middle of the green square)
- Corrected number plate (now according to 2019)
- Added #93 and #94 Brumos Racing (modification of URD base skin, removed some IMSA logos, added 2019 number plate, created glow numbers, changed windshields and mirrors color...)
