URT T5 no URD grill and BOSCH LCD MOD - More realistic appearance for the DTM mod without URD adverts

This Addon make invisible the grill with the URD advert on the front of the cars of the DTM 2012 URD mod. Also change de United Racing Design T5 logo on the cockpit LCD.
All credits go to the URD team for this brilliant DTM Mod...My intention was make it looks more realistic...
Just copy the Gamedata folder over the original, no files will be overwritted, and no online missmatch.
