Vallelunga 2020 CM skin - 2020 billboards for Vallelunga

This is a CM skin for Vallelunga. Billboards are updated to how they are in 2020 and curb color is changed from green to turquoise as in the real track. Some compromises had to be done due to the same textures being used in multiple places, and some parts like the middle billboard being wonky. Also the big Italy flag at the start/finish line bridge cannot be done. I did the best I could with the track Kunos made.
