Bottas should stay at williams in my opinion, since we can't really know if 2015 McLaren will be good even with Honda engines. Same goes for Williams but they made a real step forward. OT: Button should really stay at McLaren too.

According to Swiss newspaper "Blick", Sergio Marchionne has stated that Ferrari would not pay the reported transfer fee of 12 - 18 million € for Bottas, meaning that

1. Raikkonen could stay for 2016 until Bottas' contract expires or
2. Ferrari could sign someone cheaper - with the most likely alternative being Hülkenberg

I think it depends on Raikkonen too, how is he going to negotiate? If he wants a two year contract, I really don't think he is going to stay.
