If you go into the DashTemplates folder for the overlay C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\DashTemplates and open the Fonts folder there are the fonts listed that you need to install.

EDIT: I solved this (see bottom of post.)

I must be missing something with the font. I see three fonts in the Racelogic folder in Simhub:

bmwRegular.ttf
bmwRegularItalic.ttf
OPTIIgniteOutline.ttf

Before I installed these, I had some thin, ugly font. After I installed these, I still had the thin, ugly font until I switched to the Outline Font in the plugin. This worked on both a window/overlay and on an old iPhone.

I assumed there must be a missing OPTIIgnite font (non-outline) and Googled it. Downloaded that font, but only found it in .otf format. However, it now displayed correctly in windowed/overlay mode, but the iPhone version still shows the thin, ugly font for the solid one.

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

EDIT: The issue seemed to be the missing OPTIIgnite font in .ttf format. I uninstalled the OPTI font from my PC, found a converter to change .otf -> .ttf and reinstalled the font. Now when I run the Racelogic in a window or on the iPhone, it looks correct with the OPTI font. (Dunno why... because supposedly iPhones support .otf fonts.) /shrug
