Just put the high texture file in low as well.
It will work.
If you like you can lower the size in photoshop for low texture.

I too theoretically know that it is necessary to make simply import/export of files, but at me why that isn't started game after that. probably problem in Windows, my hands or the head.

Just put the low texture from the bespoke helmets folder into the one you are showing.

Not near my PC for a while so can't do anything about it at the moment.

It's part of the original game....not a mod, just the paintjob is the mod.
