VGA to USB Adapter for CH Pro Controller?

I have an old CH Pro wheel/pedals PC game controller with a VGA connector. I currently have another flight simulation controller connected to the PC VGA serial port Can I use a VGA to USB adapter to add the CH Pro game controller for a second controller for racing sims? I am trying to save the expense of buying a new USB controller.

you are slightly confused with the old gameport (15 pin 2 rows connector). There may be gameport to usb adapters but they are horrible, plus they won't work with anything but a standard gameport device (4 buttons, 4 axis max).

Old products usuall have old / bad /worn potentiometers in them, its unlikely to be worth getting it going again.
