Does it have the normal maps for the characters? This is nice but my video was intended to teach people how to do it themselves. You know teach a man to fish kind if thing.

Yes, in psd file several layers. One with editable text part and after you done all what you want to change, you need to save file to dds, then make visible one additional layer for normal maps and save second dds file with nm. In most cases all what you need it’s just edit text. I use this template very often, not only for germany license plates. It let me done new plate in seconds.

PS. Content Manager also let change plates, but i never use it, because have some error in the path, i think because i have non-latin characters in the user name on my PC
